Terms of Service

1. Services Agreement

X Legacy Agency provides web development, design, and related digital services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and any additional project-specific agreements.

2. Project Scope and Deliverables

All projects will be clearly defined in a scope of work document. Any modifications to the agreed scope may affect timeline and costs and must be approved in writing.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final deliverables. X Legacy Agency retains rights to any proprietary code, frameworks, or tools used in development.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in project agreements. Standard terms include:

• 50% upfront deposit for new projects
• Remaining balance upon project completion
• Additional services billed at agreed hourly rates

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines will be established in the scope of work. Delays caused by client feedback or content delivery may affect final delivery dates.

6. Maintenance and Support

Post-launch support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements. Emergency support rates may differ from standard rates.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing necessary content and assets
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Maintaining their own domain and hosting services
• Regular backups of their website after handover

8. Limitation of Liability

X Legacy Agency is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to termination date.
